Early November -- Tunnel of Oppression - held in Tula (all-staff set-up day on a Saturday)

Late November -- Thanksgiving Break - All halls close (except VA & UT)

Early December -- Mid-year hire interview process
Mid December -- RA & RHCA evaluations
Late December -- Winter Break - All halls close (except VA & UT)

Early January -- Spring training
Mid January -- Halls re-open
Mid January -- First day of classes
Late January -- Coordinate fire drill with Benita and UP

Early February -- RA & AM marketing (info sessions)
Mid February -- Week of Caring
Late February -- RA & RHCA candidate interviews

Early March -- RA candidate group process day (usually on a Saturday)
Mid March -- RA candidate selection meeting (prepare yourself for a long day!)
Mid March -- Spring Break - All halls close (except VA & UT)
Late March -- Notify RA candidates
Late March -- Interview RHC candidates at NASPA & ACPA

Early April -- Begin planning end of year events with Hall Council
Mid April -- RHC on-campus interviews (will likely extend into May)
Late April -- Meet with next year's staff (new & returning RAs/RHCAs)

Early May -- Get closing checklist & begin preparing for closing
Early May -- RHA Banquet
Mid May -- Evaluations for mid-year hires
Mid May -- All halls close (residents should leave by 8:00pm of last final)
Late May -- Closing Banquet
Late May -- RAs & RHCAs check-out
