Director

Director

The Director oversees the planning, organization and supervision for the Office of Housing Administration.

Assistant to the Director

The Assistant to the Director assists all of the Director's tasks, processes legal paperwork for juvenile course of action and handles conflicts.

Computers

Computer Coordinator

The Computer Coordinator is the RezCon project manager and the data coordinator for all databases used by the office.

Contracts

The Housing Contracts Manager and Office Supervisor oversees the housing application and License Agreement processes and related database systems.

Contracts Manager Assistant

The Contracts Manager Assistant assists with residence hall applications and contracts, including relocation and contract releases.

Communications

Communications Coordinator

The Communications Coordinator is responsible for explaining the benefits of living on-campus to new and prospective students thru all media forms: Hall Street Journal, flyers/posters, Housing Video, attending Prospective Student Events. The Coordinator also markets the Conference Center and helps coordinate it.

Conferences

Conference Services Coordinator

The Conference Services Coordinator coordinates summer conferences, space rental, visitor groups, summer overnight guests. The Coordinator also oversees Piedra del Sol Apartments (PDS) and PDS staff.

Accountant

Residence Hall Accountant

The Residence Hall Accountant processes housing invoices, utility bills, Financial aid, keeps employment records, bookkeeper, works in coordination with cashiers.

Accounts Receivable Assistant

The Accounts Receivable Assistant assists in housing invoices, utility bills, and financial aid inquiries.

Facilities

Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator handles bike lockers, parking permits, residence hall phones and cable TV, equipment and key check-outs, and other facilities issues.

Custodial & Maintenance

Custodial Mainternance Manager

The Custodial Maintenance Manager handles custodial matters, including supervision of custodial and maintenance staff and processing of hall service requests.

Front Desk

Student Assistant Supervisor

The Student Assistant Supervisor and Supervisor Receptionist is the immediate supervisor for the student assistants who work at the front desk. Other tasks include: ordering office supplies, van reservations, guest room accommodations, student payroll.
